If there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout my career, it’s this: people are capable of more than they sometimes believe.
I’ve spent years in the insurance industry wearing many different hats — agent, coach, manager, leader, and executive. Each role has taught me something different about performance, leadership, people, and what it really takes to succeed.
But when I look back over my career, the accomplishments that mean the most to me aren’t the titles I’ve held or the awards I’ve received. They’re the people. The agents I’ve coached. The leaders I’ve developed. The people who started out doubting themselves and eventually became top performers.
Behind every award is a person. Behind every Pinnacle trip is a story. Behind every plaque is a season of sacrifice, discipline, consistency, and determination.
I’ve been part of and contributed to award-winning AEP performance — including Pinnacle Presidents Club recognition — and I’ve had the honor of developing agents and leaders who went on to achieve recognition and milestones of their own. I’m proud of those accomplishments, but even more proud to have played a part in helping someone get there.
That’s what led me to this next chapter: AEP Performance Coaching & Consulting. I genuinely believe I’ve been given a gift for developing, encouraging, and empowering people — and I feel called to use it in a bigger way.
My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible perform at their highest level throughout AEP.
